Mumbai : Bollywood Dabangg Salman Khan once again topped at Forbes 2018 and declared as richest celebrity among’s the other 100 celebrities in the list. Meantime bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has be dropped out of top 10 list. This is the third time that Salman Khan has been declared has richest celebrity.
The 2018 Forbes 100 Celebrity Ranking list is based on their estimates entertainment related earnings of the Celebrity. And the due period is from October 1 2017 to September 30 2018.
Salman Khan’s earning has been pegged at Rs 253.25 Crore, Khan registered his top spot all thanks to his blockbuster film Race 3, and Tiger Zinda Hai, according to the Forbes statement his earning bis backed by endorsement of several consumer facing brands and constitution 8.06% of the total earning Rs 3,140.25 Crore of the top 100 celebrities for the year.
On the other hand Indian Cricket Team Captain Virat Kohli has jumped up to second position with the total earning of 228.09 Crore, compare to last year earning increased by 116.53%. Completing the top three position by Akshay Kumar with 185 Crore earning under the consideration period.
Moving ahead bollywood diva Deepika Padukone registered her name at top five on the Forbes India Celebrity 100 list placing herself at Fourth position with the estimate earning of 112.8 Crore, thanks to her endrosment and huge success of film Padmaavat.
Mehendra Singh Dhoni cricket player holding the fifth position with 101.77 Crore earning, followed by Aamir Khan 97.50 Crore, Amitabh Bachchan 96.17 Crore, Ranveer Singh 84.7 Crore, Sachin Tendulkar 80.00 Crore and rounding up the top 10 position by Ajay Devgn with 74.50 Crore.
It was a pretty surprise that bollywood Badshah has Shah Rukh Khan is out of top 10 list with Jo movie released in 2017, Shah Rukh was at second position on 2017 Forbes Indian Celebrity list, his earning was 33 percent down this year at 56 Crore from endorsement brought down him to 13th position.
As per reports there are mixed representation of the actors which also includes actors from South, this year their are 17 actors from South in the list compare to last year it was 13, number of bollywood actor is down from 33 to 31 despite of their cumulative increase in earning 12.89% compare to last year.
